Let's compare their playoff production, and success now ... when refs swallow whistles, and three balls are actually defended. Let's be honest, if Harden isn't getting massive amount of free throws, his ability to control a game aren't superstar tier level.

Bron probably will be averaging close to 30 PPG at Harden's age without Dwight and similar roster. He plays with Kyrie Irving a guy who can average 20-25 ppg. and still averages 25 PPG. come on now. Better arguments please.

James Harden this season is averaging 10 FTA.
It's the type of foul calls he gets, not always the amount. But even then, it's high.
And please, everyone has always commented on how Harden's game is fun to watch if you like free throws. That's why even with a mediocre FG% his TS is amazing.
Harden's whole game is like a less exciting / volume scoring version of the complaints that were waged against Wade's 2006 Finals.
Lebron James in his playoff career as a Cavalier averaged 11 FTA.
Earned, he drove to the basket relentlessly and played for the bucket ... not the foul call itself.
Now a days he quite often gets defenders hacking him at the rim with no calls, so when the refs don't call his stiff arm to protect to himself ... it's canceled out.

Most retarded thing I've read in a while.
If you get fouled then you deserve the call. Harden deserves every free throw he gets PLUS the uncalled fouls the refs ignore that lead to misses or turnovers.
Lebron exaggerates every time a player tries to wrap him up, that little girl acts like he's truly in danger. The fact that every game Lebron has played since he built his muscle mass he commits and offensive foul every game and doesn't get called for it is the prime example of manufactured stars.
You can make a compilation of Lebron's uncalled offensive fouls if you could stomach watch all of his games throughout a season.

Who is our third All-star?
IMO Harden's MVP case is more because, in the offseason, tons of people were predicting the Rockets would barely scrap into the playoffs or even miss it, after losing Asik, Parsons and Lin, so the Rockets have completely blown expectations away. We didn't have Smith or Brewer at the beginning of the season, so of course expectations were lower.
