SAS vs Houston (Spurs in 6-7)
SAS vs Memphis (Memphis in 7)
Dallas vs Houston (Houston in 6)
Dallas vs Memphis (Memphis in 5)

I think SA could knockout Grizzlies and Rockets. Dallas has first round exit written all over.

I agree with those bracketed predictions. Memphis should be a real team to watch this year imo, though I'm not a Grizzlies fan I hope they do well come playoffs.

No matter the scenario, Houston will lose in the 1st round.

So as of now, HOU will match up with SAS? Damn, they better try to avoid this or it's gonna get ugly pretty soon.

James Harden and Houston's 3PT Shooting will destroy Memphis.
James Harden and Houston's tempo will destroy San Antonio.
I'm pretty sure Harden and Howard won their first four meetings vs. the Spurs.

I'm not so sure about San Antonio over Memphis. I'd definitely take them over Houston but Memphis's grit could come in handy come playoff time against a team like the Spurs imo.

Actually Houston match up pretty well vs any of the teams.
Now stay away from the Clippers and Warriors.

I just think it's premature to count them out against anyone. I'll admit that it's more a gut feeling than anything else though. :oldlol:

As a Spur fan, I much prefer playing MEM over HOU. Sports are all about match-ups, and the Spurs do not match up well against athletic teams (like OKC and HOU) and jump-shooting teams (like DAL). Against MEM whose strengths are in the front court, I like SAS as long as Splitter is healthy. I'll take Duncan, Splitter and Diaw against most front courts in the playoffs.
I'd rather play:
1. POR
2. LAC (lots of hack-a-Jordan)
3. MEM
4. DAL
5. HOU (Harden always kills the Spurs)
6. GSW (haven't really played them when Bogut's healthy)
7. OKC (when healthy)
Actually Houston match up pretty well vs any of the teams.
Now stay away from the Clippers and Warriors.
This.
****ing this.
