I'm 5'7, 160-165 and still strong as an ox. My hand speed is phenomenal from studying Kenpo for years and competing. I've done a little MMA. My buddy opened one of the first All styles combat club where we'd share knowledge of combat. I've been in about 10 street fights with all guys bigger than me. I was beat down once, but I was handicapped 1 on 6, but I felt what a beating felt like. I'd say I would be the lightweight MMA champ of ISH

Dude, I got whooped.
Some little guy got in my face and asked me to go outside. I was hammy and followed him out the exit. He got out ahead of me. When I got outside there were six of them standing there. I heard the door click shut (one way door). Luckily about 15 seconds later a couple of my buddies walked out and broke it up.
Apparently I knocked their table over and spilled all their beer!
