Got some time this week to see more cavs games. Mozgov is really underrated on this site.

Huge body, strong, athletic, rim protector without going out of position for blocks, can shoot free throws (70%), not a hothead, good rebounder.

He really is. I only saw a handful of his games in New York and Denver. Seemed like he was always backing someone up. But man, a solid defender, can score, can shoot, makes his free throws. One of the better centers of today. Not many centers can do all that stuff. LeBron has really brought out the best in him too. LeBron has never really played with a true center other than an aging Zydrunas Ilgauskas until now.

can someone explain how did Lebron trade Dion Waiters for Mozgov, Shumpert and Jr Smith??

Most lopsided trade since the pau gasol trade

When you have 3 top 10 players in the league and a 6th man of the year on your team, it's hard to get noticed

David Griffin deserves serious consideration for Executive of the Year. It wasn't one trade, although it felt like it at the time because both moves transpired over the course of a couple days. The first deal was the Cavs giving up Waiters to OKC and they got back JR Smith, Shumpert and a first round pick. They then packaged that pick with another first rounder for Mozgov.

So yeah... it was essentially Waiters and a first for Mozgov, Shump and JR.

Griffin
