Could Kendrick Perkins average 20 a game in college?

Perkins used to be fairly athletic for his size. At this point, he's probably the least athletic center in the NBA

There are a lot of people in the world who could average more ppg than Perkins, but cant make the association bc they cant play defense. But a lot of tall people out there could average 4 or 5 garbage buckets over the course of 36 minutes in the NBA.

Perkins is terrible offensively.
