People get so infatuated with the best of friends, things of that nature. First of all, I've got three very good friends in this league, and that's Carmelo (Anthony), and that's C.P. (Chris Paul), and that's D-Wade. And after that I have a bunch of teammates. I have guys I ride for every day.
But Kyrie is a guy I understand how important he is to this team, how important he is. And the same with Kev as well.

Lol reminds me of the time kobe was asked in an interview who his best friend in basketball was. He said Melo.
In a separate interview, melo was asked if he knew about LeBron's monster month in 2013. Melo said yeah, he always follows LeBron and his other close friends, Chris Paul and D-wade.

It's no surprise I mean CP was Melos best man at his wedding. Born and cp ran training camps together and teaching rising stars like harden and Westbrook when he was a high schooler in the camp how to make it in the Nba. We all know about wade and bron. Melo and bron been buds in high school. That's why those old stars like kg, pp, Kobe etc were teasing them but they been owning the league star wise, popularity wise, rings wise the last half decade. Soon the new boys like Kyrie, Anthony Davis, harden, lillard and curry gonna take the league but lebron knew what's coming and will continue owning this league through Kyrie as he gets older
