Yes. You may find Episode 1 boring/slow/confusing and want to give up but after that it is clearly the best show on television right now.

Yes very much so, it's a good show, I won't go as far as those above, but it's definitely a show of rare quality. It is taking it's time with the story though, so it's a slow mover right now, but still very good.

If you didn't watch Breaking Bad, you probably won't like the first few episodes, since it's slow moving, and you don't really have any sense of who the character is or who he will become. I would honestly suggest watching BB first.
