If you add 5 blocks to the search, Cousins stands alone (since 85/86 season).

Other interesting note: everyone in the List is PF/C except the guy who did it twice.

300 yard passing games have been common-place in the history of the NFL.

Obviously, 20-20-10 NBA games, have not.

Yeah...hard to find "official" block games for Chamberlain. He did have several known quads, but I could only find two that were 20-20-10-10...

One against Thurmond...

30-26-13-12 on 13-18 from the field

And one against Russell...

24-32-13-12 on 9-13 from the field (and a playoff game BTW.)

No, that's not what I'm saying. At all. I'm saying it's stupid to compare numbers across such different eras. And I brought up numbers in the modern era of football to make my point.

I'm not discrediting Wilt or Manning/Brees/Brady. I'm annoyed that LAZ turned this thread into a discussion about him when the titled clearly states "SINCE 85 SEASON".

That's because BR doesn't have full stats before that season for you to search. I also didn't search the playoffs which is why Duncan's finals performance was left off. I don't know when Bradley had his monster game.

It's kind of neat to see Cousins in a short list over the past 30 years, even though it's sort of an arbitrary stat, but not one that most players can achieve.

Τhat's far from the truth. Any poster who knows about Wilt and cares to post about him more than, say, once a month, gets hated on.
Regardless, although I wouldn't personally try to make a "1985 and on" thread a Wilt one (unless someone claimed/implied that the greatest of this period at something has to be essentially the GOAT), it had always been this way - and I can't recall when was the last time I saw a good Wilt thread either, without any trolls and ignoramuses who owe nothing to Laz for posting b.s.

And, as I PROVED to you...ERA did NOT matter...AT ALL.

Wilt had 41 known 20-20-10 games, and that doesn't include 10+ block games. Russell had THREE and Kareem had FIVE. You might find a handful more 20-20-10 games IN Wilt's era...and that would be IT.

Again...there is a good chance that Chamberlain had more 20-20-10 games (and that is excluding 10+ block games)...than the rest of the entire NBA in it's long history...COMBINED!

Every once in a while I see a stupid response like the one you mentioned...

where the poster pretends to be a "Wilt-fan" and says that because of ME, and my posts on Chamberlain, they don't think so highly of him anymore.

Yeah...like proving that Wilt was even greater than they actually thought he was...they no longer hold him in as high a regard.
