Me and some buddies decided to get out of Orange County bar scenes one night and head back to San Diego because we knew if we'd stuck around we'd wind up in trouble. Just felt it.

90 minutes later we're sitting in a parking lot with a police officer because a woman accused us of stealing her wallet.

While laughing about the irony of the situation a lovely police officer said to us, "Yuk it up because you're going down". Our whereabouts were fully verified, plus that bich was high as a kite.

Just the other night I ordered food at Checkers. Cashier took my order and gave me my cup. A minute later, some fat black manager comes out the back with a mean look and says "Ay, you pay for that cup?" Me: "Run the tapes and find out yourself." I can't stand ignorant ghetto biches.

I was falsely accused of cheating in college.

I took a History Since 1300 class that was composed of three assignments: a mid-term, a final, and a 15-page paper on a commodity. I selected tulips as my commodity of choice due to my Dutch heritage and the flower's surprisingly interesting history (there was once a speculative tulip bubble that led some to sell acres of land for a single bulb).

Anyhow, I took both exams and I knew I passed them. I then submitted my paper on the final day of class and rode off into the sunset, knowing my research and presentation was thorough and complete. I felt no need to look up my class grades (neither in history or any other classes) because, again, I knew I did good work (lesson to be learned).

Months later, on a random day in July, I checked my grades "just to be safe" and noticed I was listed as having failed History. I emailed my professor about what was certain to be a giant mistake. In return, I received a super condescending response along the lines of:

After submitting your paper to turnitin.com, your assignment has been deemed 87% fraudulent. It's quite clear and apparent that the only original portion of your paper was the introduction paragraph where you referenced your family. Have a nice summer.

That began a series of e-mail exchanges on the topic of my paper's legitimacy. Knowing I was right, I played the role of good guy throughout, giving him numerous opportunities to right the ship ("Is there any possibility your website perhaps searches for fraudulence using flawed criteria?") but he really dragged this thing out.

I didn't have a lot of fear and worry, because I knew there was no way I wasn't going to get credit for something I did, but the topic surely got my adrenaline pumping.

Ultimately, after at least of month of correspondence and back-and-forth, I confronted him in person once I was back on campus in the fall. There, he couldn't have been more pleasant. He conceded error on his part, stated that he was ditching the online "paper checker" and gave me the grade I deserved. So, happy ending.

TL;DR: College prof. failed me for wrongfully claiming work wasn't mine. Back and forth dispute ultimately ended up good for all.

My brother threw a peach at a bus driver. We were standing in the balcony of our apartment on the 2nd floor. Peach hit his face dead on but my brother ran inside while I stood there eating my peach. Bus driver came knocking to our apartment supet pissed off. Of course he thought it was me so i ran under my bed but my dad pulled me out and spanked the sh1t out of me.

Also when i was younger i shitted myself but didn't tell anyone. Everyone thought it was my little cousin that had shitted his pants because of the foul smell. They spanked the sh1t out of him for not speaking up but they eventually realized it was me lmao

Fking professors:facepalm

I have a similar story.. I was in my last semester taking a core class with about 400 people in it In a movie theater like lecture hall.. and I took a midterm that consisted of 30% of my grade... waited a few weeks for the results and no grade was ever posted on the website for me.

So I went up to the professor and asked him where my grade was.. and he was very stand offish replying if I took the test and put in in the right section folder I would have a grade. I told him I did do that and he shrugged and said it was my responsibility to turn in the test and basically implied I would fail the class because they literally lost my exam. I was seriously seriously about to flip shit going crazy in my head.. ended up writing an essay to his director and a bunch of other managemeno detailing everything.. he found my test within a day or two after that.. fking prick.

I remember in HS sophomore year this bitch english teacher accused me of carving in the desk I sat at right in the middle of class. I remember getting really pissed off as I denied it and she kept insisting I did do it. We eventually got into a shouting match in front of the whole class.

I was talking to this guy I work with a few days ago. He was working for the school district in a part time capacity and his boss called him and a coworker into the office one day where a uniformed officer and a lady from social services were waiting. Apparently one of the kids was molested and a 6 year old girl said it was someone at the school. They interrogated him for 2 hours, took DNA swabs, and the school suspended both of them without pay pending the outcome of the investigation. 4 months later, it turned out it was the girl's uncle. The school offered them their jobs back. But the guy found a full time job with more pay, so he declined. He said it was the most humiliating experience of his life being under suspicion for child molestation. I asked him why he didn't sue. He said he talked to a lawyer and she said his case wasn't worth fighting for monetary damages.
