In my eyes, 2nd best (arguably best) regular season PG

has yet to back it up in the Playoffs.

I'm gonna need some winning in the playoffs with a loaded roster and a proven championship coach if I'm going to deem him the best player in the game.

Loaded roster:roll:
Blake and Deandre are the only good players they have and theyre both limited in the halfcourt. CP makes em look alot better

Crawford is trash. Rivers is trash. Big Baby and Hawes are trash. Clips have the worst bench by far out of any playoff team in the west
Barnes is a good defender but inconsistent. Redick is pretty good

Rivers isnt a championship caliber coach he got lucky playing with KG in his last prime year plus Paul and Ray

He's not/never was in the MVP Race. Lebron always needs one of his buddies along side him to make them feel good about themselves.

LeMedia at it again.

12 rebounds a game?!?! That boy is fighting for them boards!

the 4 assists is pretty low, though.

since magic we also had isaiah thomas, who gives cp3 a serious run for his money, not to mention that he has more hardware.

cp3 been the best pg in the game since he got drafted. unfortunately for cp3, he has yet to play under a legitimate NBA coach. Doc rivers, del negro and byron scott are absolutely horrible and have kept him from playing on a championship capable team.

Take a look at the West dude. The Blazers are hurt, the Rockets are nothing special outside of Harden...and the claim is CP3 is the best...so he's better than Harden.

The Thunder are nothing. The Mavs aren't good. The grizzlies are slumping.

There are two teams that are better than the Clippers in the West on paper right now. The Spurs and Warriors.

Best players in the league, as is the claim, elevate their teams and beat people. If CP3 was the best player in the league...we would think this Clippers team had a fighting chance against the Warriors and a good shot to beat the Spurs.

Imagine if Lebron was on a team as talented as the Clippers. You'd think everyone would set the bar as low as they do for CP3? Nope...and it's because we all know Paul isn't the best player in the league.

He's got a lot to prove after his epic choke that potentially cost his team a chance at the ****ing title last year.

C'mon son. Clippers have had the most talented roster from top to bottom for a few seasons now. They are real underachievers and I like CP3 but dude is a other level choke artist in the playoffs. It was mind-boggling how unlcutch he was last year. Looked like he was shaving points and throwing games without even trying to hide it.

He ain't even a better PG than Curry.

If u think the clippers have more talent top to bottom than the warriors u r retarded. hell the mavs are more talented and have a better coach. Healthy Blazers have more talent too

I agree that if the Clips lose to Blazers, OKC or Houston CP deserves sht
CP was GREAT in the last postseason cmon. If Blake plays like sht again or Deandre gets outplayed by Kendrick Perkins there aint much CP can do since Clips have the worst depth in the west

i dont know why u underratin ur own team. The Mavs can beat any playoff team besides the Warriors. Memphis will be in the mix in the playoffs like every year

When you make the plays down the stretch in the biggest moments of the season that Paul made last year....the word "great" should absolutely not be mentioned.

I like Paul a lot, but he does tend to get over-rated here.

Show me in the playoffs...his team is no means a push over and if he's the best player in the league he can make it work.

This year it may be arguable, but the past few seasons... absolutely not. They had arguably the best PF in the game, the best PG, a DPOY candidate who lead the league in rebounding, the 6th man of the year, great shooters, role players with championship experience, and a coach with a championship pedigree.

Couldn't get out of the second round. They are the worst underachievers.

When watching the Rockets-Clippers game (Griffin was out), whenever Jordan had to sit down, the Clippers had to put out a lineup with Hawes + Big Baby/Turkoglu. It was horrible to watch, you instantly go from the most athletic center in the NBA to three guys who collectively had a vertical of a stool, and none of those guys are exactly known for rebounding either. They have a really talented starting 5, but that bench just sucks, even when you add in Crawford, overall it still sucks.

the clippers have the worst wing rotation defensively for any western playoff team and have one of the worst benches in the league, so i dunno how they are "super stacked".

They are the worst underachievers.Losing to a 59 win team that had the ****ing MVP of the league having a historical season, Westbrook playing the best ball in his career, a PF in Ibaka who made every single midrange J he took without homecourt isn't "underachieving".

If Chris Paul's inability to get out of the second round is the main reason why he doesn't get MVP considerations, then why is Harden and Curry? Curry has never been past the 2nd round neither and he lost to CP3 ina 7 game series. Warriors had the same team last year in the playoffs minus Bogut, still very stacked if you ask me. Harden doesn't count because he was a role player for a very stacked Thunder team when they went to the Finals. In fact, I think LeBron and Westbrook(if the Thunder make the Playoffs) are the only 2 players that should get considerations. LeBron, as much as I hate him, turns any shitty team into a legitimate contender. If Westbrook, again- as much as I hate him too, was injured as often as Durant this year, the Thunder wouldn't come close to making the playoffs. In fact, they would be down there with the Nuggets and Kings.

And let's be real, even though Blake carried the Clippers to a good record without Paul last season(all against shit teams), they would have a hard time making the playoffs, especially this season. I can't imagine how bad the Clipps would be if ****ing Austin Rivers had to play extended minutes as the starting PG.

He has been the 2nd best player since the All-Star break. Deserves some MVP consideration, but idk if the voters will give it to him based on half the season. :confusedshrug:

Oh man, I didn't ever think that Ryan Gomes was considered a talented small forward, nor Willie Green and Randy Foye were elite shooting guards. Thank you for that piece of eye popping information.

Yes one of the worst defenders out there. Offense inefficient, its just iso garbage plus flopping for foul calls even 3s, he gobbles up possessions that could be goin to a better player like Redick. and the 6th man award was bull there were multiple candidates that deserved it over him for impacting their team in a much better way

Clippers have very average roster.

GSW has ridiculous talent and curry is a beneficiary of that.

Those are facts. CP3 still not mvp tho.
