Why didn't Jordan ever hire Steve Kerr as a head coach?

Does he come with Curry, Klay, and a stacked team as well? I won't take anything away from him, but it's hard to judge a coach when he inherits the best team in the league his first year coaching.

Jordan is a garbage piece of shit owner. Overall Bird > Jordan considering Basketball as a whole. Jordan is the GOAT player... but Bird is the GOAT basketball individual.

Charlotte JUST made the playoffs, you don't change house if there are no issues. There were inner issues in Golden State that lead them to change their coaching situation after they also made the playoffs.

Nobody knew how good of a coach Kerr would be, heck I doubt he would be any good with this current Charlotte team. Horrible spacing and chemistry issues did this team in, not coaching.

Have you been living under a rock for the past 10-12 years? That franchise has had issues for years and making the playoffs in the East isn't impressive. They are also 10 games under .500 this season.

Anyone who follows basketball knows Kerr has a good basketball mind, he proved that with his years on TNT, instead Jordan hires another former teammates in Sam Vincent for head coach who turned out to be awful.

Kerr's coaching ability is still unproven, imo.

Sure, the Warriors are a 60+ win team, but that has far more to do with the planning that occurred years prior to this season. You probably could have put almost anyone as the Warriors head coach this season and they would be a 55-60+ win team.
