What it feels like to be called the n word by a non black person

Its = to if someone walked up to your wife/mother/daughter while you're standing right next to them and they called them a bitch/disrespected them with some type of word.That is = to hearing someone say the n word around me it triggers that type of anger.

Example someone telling me to "move out the way ****** im trying to get by" is = while you are having a convo with your wife/daughter/sister/mother and some random dude walks up to her and says "move out the way you stupid bch im trying to get by" right in front of you.... you would flip the **** out.

I still don't understand how a word that is so commonly used in pop culture these days can illicit such a strong response from people. It's used more as a term of endearment that an insult these days isn't it?

It reminds me of how my grandpa was mad when there was a movie out here called "wog boy", he was an italian immigrant and to him if someone called him a "wog" it was a major insult and he'd have to fight them yet now it's just an accepted word to people who didn't live through that time period.
