Nice gesture Westbrook but let's not act like she's not doing him a favor. Dude is all about style, why would he want to be seen in a soccer moms car
He's making $15.8 million this season just off his contract.
Excluding any endorsements or extracurricular pay, he donated a $30,000 car, which would be .0018% of his salary this season.
What a swell guy.
Why is this news worthy?

Why does this stuff always get said when an athlete or celeb does something nice? Who cares if it's only a tiny amount compared to his income. It's basically the equivalent of my $5 I put in the Red Cross bucket at Christmas but he got to make a significant change in someone's life. It's not like this is the only thing Westbrook does for charity I'm assuming).
It's a cool thing to do and it must have been an awesome experience.

Good. Don't let KIA control you and then make commercials with you like that ginger whore that plays for the Clips.

this... not sure why some folks always have to try and diminish an act of kindness by one person to another
says more about them than the person they're banging on

I am pretty sure he got the car for free for winning the "KIA" allstar MVP. still a great jesture nonetheless. iam sure they gave him the option of taking cash instead but he took the car and donated it on behalf of his foundation.
good stuff all around.

Bullshit.
Bill Gates wants the global population smaller.
He's working to reduce humanity and disguises it as this.
Ask all the families of victims that have been killed by his 'vaccines'.

What I find crazy is that she's 19 and already has 2 kids who look like they're 2-3 years old. Someone wasn't being careful enough. Anyway, Russell did a really good thing even though the loss of the car won't affect him at all. A really cool thing to do.

Does he still have to continue to pay her child support?

I don't get caught up in these actions, Westbrook did that so he can write off the car as a donation

If you're being serious I'm going to have to ask you to kill yourself for the sake of the gene pool. Though I'm making the unrealistic assumption that you'll have a chance to procreate, better safe than sorry.

Fun stuff. Regardless of how much his gift is worth to him, it's worth a ton to her, so that's cool.
Also, I could totally relate to that awkward minute or so when she was sitting down in a chair in need of being consoled, forcing Westbrook to half lean over her like an umbrella or shelter of some kind while touching her shoulder area for an extended period of time.

I agree.
I'm just saying, to me news worthy is after OKC plays a game, going and visiting a children's hospital.
I get he made that ladys day, but for NBA players an hour of their time is worth a lot more than a car that will die in 6 years.

He spent more than an hour with the lady and her kids.
That car will get those kids to school and soccer practice for many many years to come.
Russell is a fantastic human being. Only fitting that he's an Oklahoma athlete.

She won't be able to afford it once the IRS wants their share of the 50% gift.
