The Heat need a new age coach. Spo is just too attached to Riley and his old ways.

Look at the Warriors, Spurs, Hawks, etc. That's the future. Steal a coach if you have to. Gentry is only an assistant.

I feel you, but i think it's too little too late. The playoffs could be a good experience for some of the guys on the team but a pick might be more beneficial. Especially if they are swept.
