I just ordered a couple pairs
Normal underwear just isn't designed for bigger men, I regularly find myself having to maneuver my endowment from between my legs. The fabric in normal underwear is not contoured to accommodate larger packages, hence you get the sagging effect and that just causes too many problems.
John Sievers are designed for the larger men who need that extra contouring and elasticity to hold the endowment in the right position to avoid problems. I bought a plain white trunk and a sky blue one.
