It's not about if it's a foul or not. Its about how often you get that call. That's a 50/50 call earlier in the game. At the end of games, it almost never gets called, so no one should expect it to be called. And i was rooting for the rockets. Nice play by the 2nd GOAT.

It doesn't matter. He fouled his arm before the ball was released. That's a foul.

If it wasn't, you could touch the ball and then throw someone into the stands and because you got ball first, the contact after doesn't matter. That's stupid.

So yes, he got ball, but he also got arm before the ball was let go. See the picture above.
