Duncan is great we all know it for nearly 20 years but Dwight is no scrub.
Dwight is still on a minute restriction, played only 27 minutes. He was playing well early, Spurs couldn't get to the paint and he was really making his presence being felt but because of the minute restriction he went to the bench. Spurs then go on a run.
Third again he was playing well but Spurs started the hack a Smith and I didn't even notice him on court after that, but I can see he only played 4 minutes in the 4th.

Duncan played very well but let's not act he didn't scored a lot with the likes of Jones, Josh Smith and Dorsey defending him. Plus he missed a wide open lay up with 35s left.

But damn... modern era is so damn weak. Dwight is considered an elite big right now. Put him in a previous era, and he would be an afterthought.

Also Duncan dominating the post at almost 39 years old is very telling as to how weak this era is.

Dwight ain't no scrub. It's not like Duncan dominated him all night playing 1 v 1, a lot of his baskets came off great ball movement and some even in transition. He just catches the ball high and keeps it above his head and just flawlessly directs it into the basket, there's nothing much Dwight can do about that because of Timmy's size.

When did you start watching basketball, last week? That is one of the most ignorant things I've read on here. You do realize the spurs "system" has changed multiple times and Duncan was the only player left from the 99 championship. Sorry Duncan passed your hero, you need to get over it.

I don't really get the Dwight hate in this forum he did not get defensive player 3 times just to become a total bum. This guy was a legitimate top five player regularly just by his rebounding and defensive dominance. Yah you could say he was not a dominant offensive player but so Dikembe was bad one and no hates on him for it.
