Popping collar is real lame. I have popped my collar on many occasions because I didn't want my neck to get burned -or- it was semi- cold.

As far as looking cool, I never did it.

I don't see why people continue to dress and act like this even though they are made fun of constantly. There are some people like this at my school, its like they border the line of homosexuality without even being gay. The way they talk, walk, and act toward females is weird.
