On 40 shots.

He's pretty close to 50% from the field. :confusedshrug:

Should have taken fewer threes, though that's the story just about every game.

Will Westbrook get that 50 point triple double Lebron didn't get?

In a way, it was dumb and smart, mostly dumb.

With him being suspended 1 game, he gets to keep his PPG average a little higher + he gets some rest. Higher chance of winning the scoring title that way.

Dumb as in he won't get paid and he cost his team possible playoff contention

Not without OT, I'd be surprised if he got it in regulation.

You're right. It's not so bad with that efficiency, I just heard the Pacers commentators say it. He may ironically will them to victory in the same game he gets himself suspended

Even if he's suspended won't really matter if they lose this game as far as making the playoffs... not enough games left and NO has the tiebreaker so they'd have to win one more

doable I guess but next to impossible

This rule is stupid. If they want to have a penalty, make it more periodic. Maybe if you get 5 techs within 30 days you get suspended 1 game, or something like that.

Pelicans having wolves next this might of just put pelicans in the playoffs even if they lost to spurs

16 techs over a full season doesn't seem that much....it's a stupid rule to suspend a player in a chase for a Playoff spot at the end of the season over a tech...which wasn't even that bad and arguably not a T.

tomtucker
04-13-2015, 03:52 AM
why did he get that T ?

Next to impossible?

OKC would just need to beat Phoenix and Minnesota with the Pelicans losing to either Minnesota or the Spurs (have won 11 in a row). Not that unlikely.

Story of his career.

He's a liability. All of that talent, just to lose his shit in an emotional tantrum. Or beating at his chest because he tied the game with 3 minutes left, and then chokes it away when it really matters in critical games. He is his own worst enemy. Always has been.

They need a good vet to keep him composed, I kinda missed it when OKC had Fisher :(

I think that's actually one of the biggest reason people are drawn to his game. You don't know if he's about to do something ridiculously dumb or ridiculously incredible, but either way it's going to be exciting as **** and moreover, he's going to be just as excited/upset as you after he does it.
