I wanted OKC to make with GOATbrook, but Pels also have a beast in AD that can make a series against the Warriors fun.

AD cements his top 3 in the league status. Taking that team to the playoffs in the stacked west even with his injury and the several others on the team. Well done, and this is just his start...

Is Davis leading the league in scoring, have multiple near 50 point triple doubles and 12+ triple doubles?

Uh, the race is far from over. Pelicans are in a tight game with Houston and still have to play San Antonio who's fighting for a 2 seed.

Westbrook is suspended for their last game.

No way in hell they win against a Portland team fighting for playoff seeding.

Not last, I meant next, their next one is against Portland and last one is against the Wolves.

Westbrook>>>>AD and it's not even close.
With KD out, Pelicans have a way more stacked team than OKC. It is expected that they make the playoffs. Westbrook puts way more pressure on opposing defence while AD's most points are assisted. Also AD's defence is overrated, he is nowhere as dominant as TD or KG once was.
I enjoy watching hI'm a lot and I'm sure he'll be the best player in the league in foreseeable future, however at this point of his career he's not a top 5 player and he's got nothing on Westbrook.

Let me get this straight

Pels look like they are going to lose to Houston
OKC without westbrook lose to portland
Spurs beat Pelicans
OKC beat wolves with westbrook

OKC make the playoffs right?

To me it still looks like OKC will make it...

Pels have the tie breaker though, so as long as each of the teams beats the Twolves, Pels make it. Either OKC has to beat Portland, or Pels have to lose both the next games they play.

I actually think Thunder will beat the Blazers. Portland is locked into the 4th seed and with the rash of injuries they've been hit with, they'll probably just nominally show up for the road game at OKC . Thinking Lillard gets like 25-28 min, no Aldridge, and lot of Meyers Leonard (who just gave Trevor Booker a career night yesterday). Por just tries to get out of this game without taking another injury loss, meaning it should be a lot of bench players playing heavy minutes against OKC. OKC doesn't really have much talent left themselves but my guess is that they will be 1-2 point favorite in Vegas even without WB.

NBA is a joke if they rescind Westbrook's T. He knew immediately he shouldn't have said what he said to get the T, that's why he ran over to Ed Malloy so quickly.

Whats funny is that thread someone said,

Imagine if Phoenix doesn't make it, but New Orleans does instead.

Since the thread was how there's no way OKC was beating Phoenix after that loss for the last spot.

Anthony Davis first playoffs are important, especially on a good up and coming team. They'll give the good fight, moreso than Westbrook + scrubs.
