Well, assuming they miss the playoffs, they'll have a shot. A rather miniscule shot, but a shot nonetheless. If they don't make the playoffs, OKC will be the 14th seeded team out of 14 in the draft lottery.

That means their number combinations give them a 0.5% chance of getting the No. 1 pick, a 0.6% chance of getting No. 2, and a 0.7% chance of getting No. 3. All told, according to the math, they would have a 1.8% chance of getting a Top 3 pick.

If they don't somehow sneak into the Top 3, they'll be picking 14th in the draft. It's impossible for a team in that spot to pick in the 4-13 slots.

In other words, they have a 98.2% chance of picking 14th in the draft.
