I've deadlifted over 500lbs comfortably for reps, and squat was nearing 400lbs, but that is when I started getting some hip flexor issues.

So tight in the hips, and running around yesterday after a leg session and a 4 hour study period was not the best thing for it. Didn't help I did high reps on legs either. I don't really go heavy on squats anymore. 225lbs for 15-20 is what I've been doing recently.
