Obviously the perp had a loaded weapon and was firing out in public. I almost don't see anything wrong here. Maybe the brick wall exploding added to the insanity of these vids.

Fifteen minutes from where I live. Shit was excessive, but reality is, had the officer not done that, a shoot out would have most likely ensued OR a random person would have been killed.

Can you imagine if that was a black guy and not a Mexican tho?

Yeah, now the taxpayers are on the hook for 10s of thousands of dollars to pay for the car, wall and landscaping he damaged. A bullet is 25 cents.
