TWOLVES 2015 draft scenario

i know that wolves may get towns/okafor/mudiay/russell.

i don't think that pek will be the future for wolves. I could see a trio of lavine, wiggins and rubio but rubio has glaring weakness as well . sure he can pass the ball well but is often injured.

I am really concerned because i am not a huge fan of okafor because he only plays one side of the court for now. I would love for the wolves to get towns . he would thrive well under kg's guidance. on the other side i really like the playing style of d angelo russell. good passer too and can shoot it in traffic doesnt jump out of the building but knows how to take the shot when needed.

mudiay maybe better than lavine who knows? id rather keep lavine .

I also kinda like kaminsky too.. you think someone would want to have rubio kevin martin or pek to trade its pick... if they are to send rubio away.. I would like to get d angelo russell because like what ive said his shooting ability and a great passer too.

so who do you think the wolves should draft this year?

Russell is super tempting though. Rubio Russell Wiggins would be an absurdly filthy backcourt. But a great defending center is a much higher need.

The okafor bashing is an over reaction based on people only watching him in the final, I think he will be a beast once he adapts and develops in the NBA. That being said I still prefer Towns over him. I'd go 1. Towns 2. Okafor 3. Mudiay 4. Russel/Winslow

Dont they already have a defensive big man in Dieng? I'd say go for Okafor, his offensive skills are as good as Brook Lopez, and he has potential to be much better.

Minnesota seems the THE very best fit for okafor. Hopefully for okafors sake they feel the same way. Best for wiggins (and not a reason why you would draft someone : best for Rubio too)



In addition to being the right fit w Wiggins his personality fits in Minnesota

they have paine but i dont know if paine can be a solid pf for them... Dieng is more of a backup right now. if only they could trade for boogie that would be deadly...
