I highly doubt Pierce's experience will be a deciding factor. He's not that good anymore.

Wizards haven't been to the ECF since 1979. That along with the fact the Hawks past failures doesn't mean anything if they potentially face each other. It will be because of matchups. Hawks spread the floor with 3 point shooting better, better front court starting bigs, and a better coach.

The Hawks have loads of experience... Look at the players on their roster. Also coach bud has more playoff experience than nearly every coach in the league
