you are attending because you witnessed your wife and 2 daughters murdered by a man and a weapon.

The suspect is 15 feet from you.

What do you do?

Shoot him then myself IMO, but only myself if I have no one to take care of.

Don't know how I could deal with that all of my life.

What weapon did he use? Did he torture them or kill them quickly? How strong is the case against him? I would let the courts take care of business and most likely be at every parole hearing to make sure he spent the maximum time in Prison if he wasn't given life without parole.

Need more info.

Is the judge throwing him in jail for life?
Will he walk free like OJ/Zimmerman?

The guy is already being sentenced and being charged with 25 years WITH parole.

I personally would charge at the guy, especially when the judge is explaining how he killed my family. The 3 girls I loved, the 3 girls I provided for, and it was all for nothing. He took their life in a home robbery. You were shot, and he killed them with stabbings with a knife. You survived though.

How could anyone control themselves?

It happened to a buddy of mine. He was charged with contempt of court and served 24 hours in jail.

His life is ruined and now he's a druggie. The fact the guy got PAROLE is ****ing ridiculous. Justice was not served.

We both were in shock, and he lost control and charged at the killer. It was a simple robbery that turned into two murder.

Two ****ing murder charges, assault and battery, robbery, and he only got 25 years? **** that shit.

And spend the rest of your life in prison? I don't think they would want that. Also years in prison can be more painful than a quick death.

Breivik killed 77 people, many of them children, and he got 21 years in a norwegian prison:

Maximum sentence is 25 years as that's considered life, in Norway that is.

And most other EU countries.

Well, your life is already ruined.

How do you recover from that situation? My buddy sure couldn't. He does Meth to get his work done, then uses Xanax during the come down.

He also has got his hands on heroin. I'm worried hes suicidal.

True, you could charge at him however. But getting to him with all those guards would be tough.

Norway isn't an EU country, but that's not really relevant

25 years is still bs for that many victims...he could have killed 7, 770 or 7770 and the max sentence would still be the same?

The person is heavily scarred, taking more lives would take his sanity and possibly have more people coming after you (person could have been a gangbanger or what not and has connections).

As tough as it is, you have to find a way to move on, which is easier said than done.

You have to do it like they did Lee Harvey. Get him during transportation.
