Book it.

I'm talking historic stats. I see something like 31/11/10, around there. I see Love and Kyrie taking a seat back and just let LeBron work. They may even get locked down by the Celtics guards and bigs.

Nobody on Boston can guard LeBron. Who are they going to throw at him? Jae Crowder for 4 straight games? :oldlol: Laughable.

I'm expecting the opposite. The whole team will just cruise with LeBron taking the lead in not giving a fvck.

This. Kyrie will light the C's up and we'll cruise to wins. Just watch.

I think this series will be surprisingly entertaining. Not that Boston is going to have a chance, but they play some stylistically nice ball IMO, and the Cavs will be able to show off for the nation on national TV. I expect at least 1 40 point game out of Bron AND Kyrie. Love will average a double-double

:pimp: I'm bout to be a 10 for this game lol. Straight sconed

LeBron hasn't played well in a first round since 2010. Guy is the definition of 'cruise' in first rounds. Though I'd love to actually see him go hard from the beginning of the playoffs.

celtics will upset book it. they've been a completely different team post all-star break and are extremely confident with perhaps the brightest rookie coach to have ever entered the league.

Another Jason Terry calibre defender will do just fine.

He will play the entire series with his pyjama on

He shouldn't be putting up those numbers because he has a real team. We all know how good he is, but he needs to let other guys carry the load or they're not even going to beat the Bulls. I'm seeing something like 25/7/8 on 50% shooting, a very efficient series, but everyone contributes and they don't have to play 40+ minutes a game to win.

I doubt he will feel the need to. If Boston steals a game in the first 2, then he'll kick up a notch and we might see those numbers. My guess is that he cruises through this series to increase Kyrie/Love's confidence.

I sure hope so. This Boston team is one of the worst rosters to make the playoffs in the history of the sport.

Really???

Let's ignore that they would make a top 16 playoff format as well. As a A's fan you should be able to appreciate non star players coming together to perform as a whole.

Celtics were in both games vs. An historic Warriors team yet are one of the worst teams ever in the playoffs???

They won 22 out of the last 34 games of the season. Far from the worst team to ever make the playoffs, especially considering there were teams making the playoffs with 31 wins in the 80s

I was more referring to the makeup of the roster, as opposed to the performance of the team. Brad Stevens has done an amazing job at maximizing the talent of the team.

Is there a single player on the roster that ever makes an All-Star team? Their highest paid players are Gerald Wallace, Isiah Thomas, and Avery Bradley. Their most talented players are rookie's or sophomores, with little or no playoff experience.

Uhhh... I doubt he'll repeat or outdo his 2009 ECF series (which he lost).
