Coach Pop is without a doubt #1, and that puts Bud at #2.

Maybe not playoff wise, but definitely has proved to be a top regular season coach.

Could be Kerr for all we know.
And I like Bud just as much but I don't think either Kerr or Bud have proven anything yet.

Bud is going to put on a clinic these playoffs. Huge, monumental coaching mismatches in the first three rounds, (assuming we win them) he will prove how good of a coach he is.
