It's not like he's some great defensive player either or something. He's decent, but he's no game changer. He's just a high volume scoring big man who plays decent defense. We (the heat) already overpaid the east equivalent of Aldridge the max aka Chris Bosh...the Blazers should be wary of doing the same. Aldridge would be insane not to sign a max deal this season and try and wait for the new cap...I'm positive that people will have finally caught on by that time.
