I can understand missing fouls that do happen.

But how do you call something you literally couldnt possibly have seen because it didnt happen???

I'm the first one to criticize an official for making an atrocious call, but have you ever sat courtside or in the first 10 rows at an NBA game? It's amazing how fast the game moves and the way these huge guys move in real-time and in-person. Now, they are mandated to get themselves into position to see what's happening and they can obviously run up and down the court with the ball, which helps.

But, it's not like watching the game on television... at all. Especially with the way guys react as if they're fouled even when they aren't, I can understand why occasionally they miss one or see one that wasn't there.
