I don't know what happened, but ever since today when I start it it's just a black screen, but I can hear it making sounds, it's on, and the black screen is a bit lighter than an actual black screen when it's off.
It also shows the "Dell" sign for 4 seconds like it does, but then instead of background>click>enter password, it's just the black screen, and hearing the sound of the Laptop... I turned it off via the button.
Can I do anything? Or just go to someone who knows about it professionally? (place I got it from for example)

What operating system?
Are you able to boot into safe mode by using the f8 key?
Are you able to get into BIOS?
One thing you might try is removing the battery and disconnecting the power cord. Then press and hold in the power button for at least 30 seconds. Put the battery back in, plug in the power cord, and try turning it on.

I pressed the f8 key and nothing happened, well it did make a different sound, but if something happened I couldn't see it since the screen stayed the same.
It's a Dell Inspiron 15 5000 Series... Windows 8.1 http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/de/thumb/2/2f/Windows_8.1_ModernUI_de_germany.png/800px-Windows_8.1_ModernUI_de_germany.png
How do I get into BIOS? Or try the last step?
It's making different sounds right now, wow, sounds like he's working on something dont know whats happening but its pretty loud for Laptops.

Bios is usually accessed via the del key, sometimes the f10 or f2 key, depending on the system. You should be able to get in by pressing the right key when you see the dell logo. Use google to find out if needed.
Do you have an external monitor or modern TV you can plug the laptop's vga or hdmi port into? That would rule out certain possible causes.
If not, I'd try the last step.
Is your data backed up? if not, and none of these steps work, I wouldn't do anything else until you physically remove the hard drive, and back up all your important files using another PC and a hard drive enclosure or "toaster".

Damn, I feel too unfamiliar with most of these terms and of what I need to be doing, tbh.. maybe I should take it somewhere right now, making crazy noises with the black screen. Just got this like 2-3 months ago.

Yeah if you aren't tech savvy I wouldn't mess around too much, especially if you don't have your stuff backed up. You also don't want to potentially void your warranty by removing the hard drive like I mentioned earlier. (not sure if this would void your warranty or not...maybe call Dell to find out).
You could try the few things I mentioned safely though.
-plug it into a monitor or TV and see if you get anything other than a black screen that way
-try the power button for 30 second thing
