He'll help Oladipo and/or Payton blossom into a star. He develops prospects and players with a lot of potential. It's what he does. Few bad cases were PJ3 and Lamb, but otherwise, his coaching philosophy should really attract up and coming teams.

Then again, he's not, or shouldn't be viewed as a long term coach that will lead a team to a championship, IMO.

They were killed in all most every playoff series when it counted because if it wasn't a step back three from Durant , Or westbrook playing 1 on 5 , the offense was stagnant.

Today was tough for me. While I support our team's decision 100 percent and look forward to the upcoming season and the future in OKC, Scotty was my coach and a friend for the past 7 seasons.
