If they continue to move the ball so smoothly. Their offense is on point.

26 assists in game 1.
25 assists vs 11 turnovers on game 2.
8 assists in the first quarter tonight.

Not the Bulls. The Bulls are the most stacked team of all time. Gonna take a special effort to beat them.

Toe to toe is a phrase you use when you don't expect them to win a title. So yeah I guess I agree.

Agreed, as soon as Harden stopped stuffing stats and letting his great team get involved his team started playing much better.

I don't expect them to win the title. If they make it to the finals, they'll he underdogs to all three teams. So no I don't expect them to win a championship.

#2 seed in the stacked West with an MVP candidate (the MVP?) and a former MVP candidate who is still one of the best in the NBA. Stop acting like an underdog.

They're playing the 7th seed and only just keeping up, keep a lid on it, champ

I wouldn't say they were favorites...

Cleveland Cavaliers 11/5
Golden State Warriors 11/5
San Antonio Spurs 7/2
Atlanta Hawks 12/1
Chicago Bulls 12/1
Houston Rockets 16/1
Los Angeles Clippers 18/1
Memphis Grizzlies 28/1

This playoff team is firing on all cylinders. They look nothing like the regular season team.

22 assists per game as a team in the regular season. 26 in game 1, 25 in game 2, and 24 with 2:40 left in game 3.

They're sharing the ball. They're being unselfish.

They play SAS/LAC next, right? Should be great either way.

:oldlol:

They are beating up on a trash team. The would get swept by Clippers, Spurs, Memphis, Golden State. srs.

Blazers would probably beat them and I only say probably because of injuries. I think Pelicans would have a 50/50 chance. Rockets can go toe to toe with them.

Definitely didn't see this series going this way.

Harden has impressed me, especially tonight obviously.

Them and LAC could be an incredible series. Spurs would take them in 6 though.

Blazers are straight ass right now, lol. No one's sweeping Houston.

Yeah but Houston can't stop Lillard or Aldridge. So we'd beat them. Memphis is very good.

A sack of potatoes could stop Lillard right now.

And no, Houston would anally ream a Blazers team at 40% of their potential (no Wes, Afflalo, Lillard slump)

Houston in quarters 1, 3, 4:

107 points
23 assists

Houston in quarter 2:
23 points
O assists

I think Houston's defense with a revitalized Howard is good enough that as long as Houston continues to share the ball, they have a chance.

Looks like an entirely new team.

except the warriors.... they dont matchup well with them at all, especially with beverly out.

they literally have no one to guard curry. jet terry ? prigioni ? they are both old as hell. curry will have a free for all

then harden would have to deal with klay. they have draymond to match up with jones/smith

i dont think they stand a chance against them honestly

Memphis is the same way, they are playing closer to their peak (from earlier in the season) but it's against a team they matchup well against.

Easy to become confident when playing one team. Doesn't mean you'll play the same way against a better team. Just need to wait and see if it carries over.

How were their games in the regular season vs. Spurs?
