If you got fouled while on the act of shooting and you didn't make the and 1.

Will they count it as FGA?

No but I believe it counts as a make if it does go in.

Good rule in my opinion, the shooter is only rewarded and not penalized.

If you make the shot the fga attempt counts. If you miss it doesnt.

spending all the time looking at the box score and looking at it for a few seconds are 2 entirely different things.
Also, you can know the answer to OP's question by just watching the game.
