Put up 17/6/4 .515 FG .391 3FG in only 25mpg.

Would Houston have beat the Mavs without him?

A player puts up the best stats of his career in a playoff series, as you stated, and you're asking if the team would've advanced without him?

Does the Pope molest little boys?

Terrence Jones is pretty good, and most of the minutes Smoov takes up would have gone to him. I think it's still possible that the Rockets advance, but damn, what a pick up for Houston.

Would the Spurs have beaten Miami without Kawhi, Timmy, Tony, Ginobili, and Pops?

Yes. Smith played great, but Mavs were pretty much a train wreck. I don't expect Smith to be key against a better team like the Spurs or Clippers.

The Pistons might've made the playoffs if they still had him.

If they traded him for assets, they probably would have. Drummond and Monroe were a good tandem, and Smith should exclusively play PF, not SF.

And he still showed his cancerous self in the 3rd and 4th last night.

No way you can win a chip with this guy.

He was great for them in the series. But as already said, Mavs were a mess due to internal turmoil.

Houston miss 2 starters also, no excuse.
