Why do mods allow one guy to troll with so many accounts? Do they not have access to IPs and that's limited to admins or what?

I'd be shocked if any less than 4 of those usernames AREN'T the same individual.

i already have struggle to have more then 3000 posting here in 5 year.. well to be fair maybe 20% of my threds have be deleted .. but yea many those poster have 10 thousand post and more ,and more then 10 post a day.. i just dont post that much and i would not be able to have alt accounts.. atleast not active one.. never make one yet becuse i never know when jeff make the motherfk**ing registering and im to lazy to look. so if im banned im done for man
