Although Kerr was a newbie coach, he has immersed himself in the NBA as he worked in the executive ranks. Thus, Kerr was probably more prepared than any rookie coach in NBA history for the job. Using him to justify your argument is flawed, because both of them don't come from similar backgrounds.

nope...Lebron is staying in Cleveland for good. his contract now is only to restructure with the new TV deal so he can gain the most out of the opportunity.

furthermore, Riley doesn't want Lebron back...he rather beat Lebron as a means of retaliation, and what better chance is there than bringing in the 2nd best player in the league to accomplish that with somewhat of the current squad
