Are you serious? A jump shot comes and goes even for someone like Steph. (though obviously not as often when you're a great shooter) I do think Kawhi has developed into a very good shooter...but the guys ball handling and slashing skills are a joke. (which is what makes the Pippen comparison so hilariously bad as Pippen was a GREAT SLASHER and very good ball handler) He has to develop a killer post game if he wants to be a true star because he cannot demand the defensive attention off the dribble a true perimeter offensive star should be able to. The fact that he can't get to the rim regularly off the dribble is frankly what keeps him from being a true star.
