Bro you forget that this is boxing, and not a street fight. Defense matters as much as offense.

Floyd is a good inside fighter though, very underrated in that regard but he knows he has to put his bike and hug to beat Pacquaio. If that's a coward then Floyd will say he's a rich coward:oldlol:

No one is paying for a rematch.

Well, the rest of the world disagrees. Hence why this fight kills any MMA show ever, and probably the last 10 of them combined in money made.

This is why MMA > Boxing.

MMA stars should be wondering why they get paid pennies compared to what even mid tier boxers get paid.

Good thing they are both professional boxers and not phone booth fighters then huh?

Entertainment wise, MMA > Boxing. This fight just shows how boxing is a deflating whooping cushion.

I think it depends on the card, as evidenced by the PPV numbers in MMA. They can be just as hit and miss. The issue with Boxing right now is that it is at it's best when the upper echelon weights have multiple stars (looking at you heavyweight division). I also think MMA being dominated by the UFC has helped them while boxing has multiple companies that can compete for top talent with big purses. UFC has done a good job at marketing the company as the reason fighters become stars rather than the fighters own talent being that reason. Boxing is more ego-centric now that the stars realize they can control there own destiny. Ha ha I think I am rambling. Been all over multiple boxing sites enjoying the discussion.

Yeah, Floyd should have been smarter and should have taken more hits and risked being KO'd because some pissed off fans wanted him to, **** protecting your health and getting the W.

Honestly boxing should be fighting to the death, literally. Only one person should live at the end of the match. Make it last hours until someone dies. Only way to stop the hugging/clinching, and make the sport interesting IMO.
