This just crossed my mind when I saw a thread about KD or curry to take a clutch 3
In all honesty, I don't think he's reached superstardom JUST yet and needs to prove himself in the playoffs - what do you guys reckon?

How can you be MVP and not a superstar?
Yes. Although, we kinda have to include Harden/CP3/Westbrook/Blake as superstars as well....

MVP
All-Star
Advanced stat domination
Owns 3 point records
Won 3 point competition
Averaging 30+ ppg in playoffs with elite efficiency
Superstar is an understatement

How is this even a question? Other than Lebron, Kobe, Durant he is by far the most marketable and most popular player.

Durant is the best player on the planet when healthy but he isn't popular by superstar standard.

He's not as popular as Lebron or Kobe but you still see people wearing his shoes and apparel all the time

what nonsense is this jabroni talking? He was the leading vote getter for the all star game. He is on a million commercials, etc. He is the definition of a superstar.

Yea he's a superstar, but only because he dominates the rock to unprecedented levels while marginalizing all his teammates. His 'superstardom' comes at the expense of others.

hmm..
i think the only super star in terms of fame is MJ, Kobe and Lebron.
in terms of skill: MJ, Kobe, Lebron and KD
in terms of upcoming era: Davis, Curry, Harden, Westbrook.
