He's a spurs legend...but this season he's been awful....one of the worst starting PG's in the league....got destroyed by CP3 no to forget there was a run of games where he had more turnovers then points!

His downfall has been terrible...don't think Spurs can win the 'ship with him as starter and the fact Spurs have to pay him 40 mills in 3 years is worth :facepalm

Get rid of him....at this point Schroeder or even MCW are better...lol

while i agree they should trade to get more reliable talent at PG, his contract is going to be hard to move. he has a good 3yrs left at about 10-12mil/yr i believe. Don't know how many teams will want that on their books going forward for a has-been PG who shines every now and then.

Spurs' only option is to hope Parker restructures.

I know the Celtics only do trades that are skewed way in their favour, but would they consider Gerald Wallace for Tony?

Not even the Lakers would want that piece of trash.

Wallace's expirer is worth a bit more than that unless Danny finds himself in a need of a point guard...which he does not at present with Marcus Smart, Evan Turner and Isaiah Thomas handling the ball most of the time and seeming to fit nicely into what Brad Stevens wants.

You're right. Lakers are gonna give the max to Rondo
And with Jeremy Lin theyre gonna then have an embarrassment of riches at the PG position.

I was thinking about this. If Tim, Manu, and Pop are possibly done, might as break up the whole band and trade Parker and make Kawhi team Captain and rebuild.

Trade him at his lowest value, good idea.

I was about to say this. Spurs can't sell that trade expecting fair value in return. I dunno if teams are even willing to trade their late first round pick and pick him and salary in return.
