Carmelo is 31, Dwight Howard will turn 30 at the end of this year. Durant and Westbrook will turn 27, so will Derrick Rose and Blake Griffin this year. Steph Curry is also 27 years old. James Harden is also 26/27 and already peaked.

Damn these players are old, where are all the championships??

Chris Paul plays in the west. He doesn't get to face the 40 win Bucks/Bobcats in the playoffs.

Difficult to win titles in the Kobe/Lebron/Spurs era.

But, to be fair, the Thunder, with 3 MVP caliber players, choked against an inferior team in 2012

1 guy choked. And it's not often an entire team of 22-23 year olds wins a ring, especially when ALL their best players are that young.

Considering they backdoor swept the elite Spurs, it was a choke, Harden and Westbrook specifically.

They backdoor swept the Spurs because Harden stepped up. And that Spurs team was overrated, they did not have the defense that they had the following 2 years. And I don't recall Westbrook choking in the Finals. How is averaging 27 points and having the best game of the Finals in a must win game considered choking?
