You could be right,
But be wary of the Im Still Ballin curse,
"No holds barred"
If Love was healthy then yeah. He's not so you have to figure the Bulls superior depth will win them a few more games. If not the series.

Love me some Shump, sad that he was traded to help out a chump.

Imagine how good they would of been if they had gone ahead and started Shump over J.R. like they wanted to originally. The J.R. suspension forced them to finally start Shump and see just how great of a player he is.

it will be 4-1 if Lebron plays like that every game.

Lebron has to play awesome every game to keep Cavs in the games.
After Lebron's hot start in the first quarter, the Bulls stayed pretty much level with the Cavs the rest of the game.
If he plays passive, it means Irving pretty much has to shoulder the entire scoring load. Not going to cut it.
I'm optimistic that we can keep Lebron from doing this every game.

Lebron wasn't game 6 vs Boston tonight.
He was just aggressive, nothing too crazy. I'm sure he can keep doing his the entire series

He was on fire the first quarter. After that, the Bulls either stayed even or won each quarter, which tells me that Lebron is the barometer of each game.
Irving alone cannot carry an entire offense. If Lebron has another 19 point game or 25 point game, it probably won't be enough.
Lebron has his passive games, so someone has to step up in those ones.
James Jones won't be hitting 5 threes and 17 points again this series either.

Cavs will win easily, if the refs let them travel like every play. absolutely unwatchable Basketball, when every play the defense is suddenly out of Position because the offensive Player takes extra steps. that wasnt only Lebron, the whole team.
not saying the Bulls would have won, because they played poorly.

So are you basically admitting LeBron doesn't have that good of a supporting
cast? What happened to 'equal playing field now' ? :oldlol:
Good god it would be embarrassing if the Bulls lose another game

Hard to say if he was on fire, because he was literally just going into the post and scoring in the paint in the beginning.

He's the best player in the game and supposed top 10 all time. The team relies on him to score points, which he didn't do very well in the first game. He has a good supporting cast, but he has to score on it.
You'd think with a fellow team USA player and good role players around him, that would be enough.
No excuses :pimp:

If Lebron can fix his broke-ass jumpshot by next game, he'll average 35 points the rest of the series and Chi will be toast in 5, 6 tops. His shooting's been pretty bad all playoffs though.
Honestly though, it's the other aspects of Lebron's game that will lead the Cavs to the finals. People have overlooked the fact he's the best player in the league this season... 42mpg playoff Lebron is THE most potent weapon in the NBA. His defense, leadership, playmaking have been phenomenal.

Lebron has been shooting awful as well, I don't think that will continue throughout this series. I'm not sure if he's made more than one 3 this series...

James Jones won't need to hit 5 threes or score 17 points again, that's what JR smith is for.
I don't think the Cavs will win 4-1, but I do think they will win. The Bulls may have home court advantage for now, but they are not a very good home team, so the Cavs should be able to win at least one of the next two games.
And the Cavs are likely to suffer less from wear and tear as the series goes on, since the Bulls rely heavily on Rose and Noah.

Simple adjustments.
Butler needs to give Lebron separation and Noah needs to give a shit, same as Gasol. Rim protection was non existent.
We played like we were expecting to lose. Like we were letting Cavs dictate the game.
And FFS Thibs, put Mirotic and Snell out there. Stop running your guys into the ground.
Don't think that Lebron is going to play that aggressive every game. That's the only way I see Cavs beating us is if Lebron stays aggressive, because Irving can't carry the entire offense.

Very disappointing game by the Bulls. Got killed on the offensive glass, couldn't sustain the third quarter rally, and got bushwhacked in the first quarter. As someone earlier in the thread said, it was like they came prepared to lose. That shouldn't be the mindset of a team that's supposedly so tough and focused.
That said, Lebron and the Cavs took it to them and played very well. Butler played into Lebron's hands and let Lebron go to his strengths and dictate the offense. Lebron can be slowed down, you just have to know how to do it. And you can't let Shumpert and Jones go off like that.
Game 3 is big. If the Bulls can take it, it will reestablish their control and show this will likely be a long series. If the Cavs win, they are in complete control and will force the Bulls to survive in Game 4 or crumble like in previous years.

Bulls win in 6. You heard it here.
James will not be able to sustain a high level of aggressiveness like that over a whole series.
JR Smith will f.ck everything up :oldlol:

Also, what's with the triple return between sentences? Double return is much more aesthetically pleasing.

F.ck no.
Bulls in 6. That was an off game. It took an aggressive Lebron to create separation in that game. He's good for that once or twice a series.
Not enough.

As Kenny Smith stated, when Lebron is wedging to the hole, he almost always lures defenders in, thus leaving Shump and Jones wide open. The Bulls lack a lanky defender with good lateral movement who can keep Lebron on the outside and force him to shoot jumpers.

Pau was off in game 2. I don't expect that to happen again.
Mozgov needs to go back to playing how he did in the regular season. I was rather distressed to see Lebron yelling at him like that last night.
