tough choice but with Love out you like the idea of JR's shot to compensate...but Shump has been hitting the 3's pretty decently too and he's better defensively.

it all depends who's hot to me...start the rotation with Shump and if he's not producing, in comes JR.

it's certainly a good problem to have...both are really good role players at the 2

Shump is a million times better. Besides, you want JR in against other team's backups. He is not a championship level player. Shump can play suffocating D, which is what you're gonna need against Rose and Buckets. Which one of them is JR gonna cover?

Still takes too many dumb shots.

Shump is more useful IMO. He'll almost always defer to Bron and Kyrie and give you 100% on D.

Shump to help out on perimeter defense and Love to stretch the floor and rebound. JR can then do his thing off the bench as an energy scorer.

Shump should start IMO. JR is used to being a 6th man and can help give the Cavs thin bench some much-needed scoring punch.

I think Shump should start, and JR come off the bench trying to score. Since the cavs bench is awful.

I think JR is more valuable as a sixth-man. His scoring ability is more useful that way.

Shumpert is better defensively overall and gives better balance.

The Cavs need more defense. If I were Blatt, Shump is my starter and JR comes off the bench to provide offense with the second unit.

I hope we keep smith starting. He has never come off the bench for us and the reason we kept him there was because he did so well when shump was hurt. I think its his first starting gig since hornets. Either way, that guy has to be our sixth man since tristan is starting for love and no varejao obviously.
