blister help any home remedy's?

just won in our semi finals today, we have the finals tomo. felt some discomfort on my big toe but just manned up. took my kicks of today and got shit loads of bruising on the pad of my big toe and a massive blister all up the side of my foot which is hella painful when i walk. any little tricks to stop the pain and discomfert?
i will obv just man up when playing its just alot harder to run, jump and shot when your in pain. any help will be much appreciated
