The silver lining - the Dubs finally figured out how to play Memphis in the 4th quarter of yesterday's drubbing.
Project Bear Trap: Double Gasol and Randolph and get the significantly worse perimeter players, especially Tony Allen, become volume shooters.
This increases the opportunities for semi fastbreaks as well because missed shots will lead to longer rebound opportunities.
On the other side they need to stop trying to play regular season offense. In the regular season people weren't guarding the initial pass very hard so it was easy to get into a flow. In the playoffs, they are still trying to just outrun people to get open.
They need to make determined aggressive moves to score. Harrison Barnes was doing exactly that and he set the correct template for it. Klay Thompson has to stop trying to prove he can dribble and just space the floor and take a three when he gets an inch of daylight. He passed up 3 or 4 shots he normally takes.
