View Full Version : You can only keep a lid on Golden State for so long...

Until they go bang like this.
Grizzlies were able to hang with them for a few games, but warriors have too much firepower and just as good defense when they switch on.
This score reflects the difference between these two sides when they are playing at their best.

Meh, biased officiating for GSW, along with a combination of Memphis missing gimme's in the paint, AND open three's, while GSW is hitting everything they throw up. Memphis isn't in trouble. I think they'll be ok for the next few games.
Lucky game. Grizzlies in 6.

Theyre jumpshooters. They need confidence or theyre useless on the court.

Memphis is a good 3 point shooting team?
Since when?

Collectively, they're a bad 3pt shooting team, but that shouldn't matter. They should've been making the three's they were given, despite how bad they are. Conley, Green, Lee, and Carter all missed shots they'd usually make.
They're professional ball players, not some rec league team.

Saw a post on twitter... Curry is like a jack in the box, you crank the handle and you know sooner or later it's going to pop

Golden State, as iffy as they looked in games 2-3, never had that feeling of a team that has checked out, unlike Houston.
The Warriors even in those losses, I never felt quit. Memphis didn't even crack 100 points, let alone the 112+ the Rockets are allowing.
Curry was missing shots, but this wasn't anything like what I saw from Houston

Well GS is obviously a much better team than Houston. But yeah, Houston is soft. Howard and Smith mentally check out as soon as things get tough.

No.
Warriors called for 23 fouls, Memphis 17. G St. 16FTA's Memphis 18. You are the worst if you are complaining about the refs in this one.
