Hi guys, so happened upon this article and for some reason this isn't getting mainstream media attention. Wonder what the thoughts on ISH are about this? I'm a bit curious why she's suing rather than pressing charges but here it is

LAPD does not fucc around...I'm legit scared of those guys. They make Bay Area cops look like the yard duty.

Do you think it's due to the fact the incident occurred in 2013 (http://articles.latimes.com/2013/sep/02/local/la-me-ln-handcuffed-woman-falls-lapd-patrol-car-20130902) ?

She already brought suit last year and something happened, it stalled/delayed for some reason so this is the second go around...

i'm convinced after seeing her testimony.

that shit reminds me of that movie LA Confidential or something like that with this crooked cop, think it was richard gere, and some internal affairs dude maybe andy garcia after him. they have so much power to pull that kind of shit off.

That article makes no mention of sexual assault though. So I'm wondering what she and her lawyer are playing at? Or was the entire information not released initially?

there's something hinky going on with all this...

like i mentioned this is the second go round on a lawsuit or at least it was put on a shelf for a while... cops are still on duty, both cops are asian like the woman is...

don't hold me to this because i could be completely wrong here but i remember she knew of or knows at least one of the cops involved

usually LAPD settles these things out of court, should have been a done deal long ago

it'll be interesting to see where this all goes

LAPD will "arrest" drunks/druggies and drop them off in Skid Row tho
