In theory some of the assistant coaches don't make it.

Very interesting in that you keep a guy but wipe out his chosen assistants ?

Tenuous position if true for the Head Coach.

Obviously a very short leash.

I am not sure strategically how you attract a potential super star free agent unless you have a sort of super star coach ?? I here there is a good one from Oklahoma available ; even if their MVP all star player didn't like the message (??)
