At this point, you have a Cavs team that is hobbled as hell with injuries. And while they still have Bron, should you realistically lose this series? (I'm speaking in a hypothetical sense as they are in fact losing)
I tend to wonder about Tom's method of running his players into the ground and then watching his teams battle injuries and being beaten up most post seasons. Gasol looked great for them early on and has been just bad news these last few weeks. So there's a non factor there.
Is Thibs as great as we think? Could the Bulls do better with someone else at the helm. I've seen his dude having players drop multiple nights of 40 mins plus during the regular season and I think to myself that can't be working right?
Not that any of this is a real excuse. You lose a series then you lose a series. That's on your ass.
But the Bulls should really tuck their manhood between their legs if you let an injury riddled Cavs team drop you in 6 games.
